2 upstairs rooms with private balconies, one queen size bed. $125 for two persons

3 upstairs rooms with private balconies, one king size bed and two twin beds. $125 for two and $25 per extra person in the room

1 room ground level room, one queen size bed and two twins, which is handicap accesible. $110 for 2 persons

4 downstairs rooms $110 for 2 persons

A 9% Puerto Rico room tax is added to all room rates. There is a 2 night minimum stay. A $20 cleaning fee will be added for guests who wish to stay only 1 night.

All Ecolodge prices include a complete breakfast.

Dinners are served with reservations (@ $18.50 or $12.50 for children under 12). It is served family style at 6:30 pm. For dinner we put out a menu in the a.m. It is a fixed menu including garlic bread, salad and a desert. Lunch can be ordered to take on a hike or to eat here. There is a restaurant a 10 minute walk away which serves Puerto Rican food. We also have a self service area & honor bar where guests help themselves to drinks, snacks, ice cream bars & microwavables.

Common areas consist of sundeck, the atrium and the rear terrace plus a well stocked honor bar with soft drinks, beer, wine and snacks. There is a small gazebo by the river.

We do have parking.

Sierra Palms Vacation Villas

3 bedrooms and 3 baths villa with living room, full kitchen and large terrace overlooking mountains, up to 6 people is $275 plus 9% PR room tax. Weekly special rate of $1,575 plus tax.

The second building at Sierra Palms has three large units with private baths and wonderful views. The rates for these units are $130 for two persons and $25 for each additional person with a maximum of 4, plus 9% PR room tax. This rate includes a complete breakfast at Casa Cubuy. There is a private bath in each room. No kitchen, lounge area upstairs with an honor bar.

The Sierra Palms Villas can be rented together as a 6 bedroom Vacation Rental. $635 per night or a weekly rate of $4,190, a great introductory price for our first year.

You can sign the menu sheet at Casa Cubuy for dinner, which is $18.50 for adults and $12. for children 12 & under.

Cancellations and deposits: We require a 30% non refundable deposit to hold a reservation, which will be charged to your credit card when you make the reservation. It is non refundable ( unless we are unable to provide the accommodations due to a hurricane or some such exceptional circumstance) If you cancel with less than 7 days notice before your arrival date we charge the entire amount to your credit card. We are holding this room for you and turning down other guests. That is why we feel it neccessary to charge the full amount with such short cancellation notice.

The remainder is due upon check in. We accept all major credit cards.

Weddings and receptions: You must rent the entire Ecolodge (or Villa) to have a wedding or reception.
